Providing therapeutic support including behavior support with qualified key workers. We provide services to clients/participants who are: Self-managed, Plan-managed and NDIA-managed.

The key workers with qualification in the field will be responsible to deliver care to clients/participants living with disability in the community who require supports and services to enhance their quality of life and promote independence in line with the NDIS (National Disability Insurance scheme) Practice Standards and Compliance with the NDIS Quality Safe Guard Commission with robust Clinical Governance, policies and procedures. Intralife Care provides services to clients/participants who are:

We will identify areas where you want to improve and set measurable and achievable goals based on those areas. With your goals, your outcomes and our people we will work closely together in partnership to achieve short term or long-term goals.
